Black watch sounds like it fits what you are looking for. We have a large amount of members that are active across all time zones. We participate in all aspects of eve, from pvp to mission running to mining to incursions.
The focus of the corp is a mature friendly atmosphere. Though its well established and structured with active leadership, its an atmosphere of friends that happen to play eve.
We are currently in a decent pocket of NPC null sec space.

Who we areGǪ
Royal Black Watch Highlanders is based upon mutual respect, and trust. We exist solely to have fun and enjoy our time in EVE together. Every game has guilds, corporations, clans, etc. In all of them there has always been a common theme: "Do things our way if you join us". We believe that the most important function of any game organization is to help enable you, the members, to have FUN.
With the above being said it is important to keep in mind that we are a 0.0 corporation with a focus on both PVP and Industry. As such, while we do not require members to join roams or other "ops", all members are expected to be willing and able to PVP at any time they are active in 0.0 to defend our assets and our home area. Regional defense is not optional. Pilots are also expected to have fleet-standard fitted ships on hand if they are capable of flying them.

What we're looking for:
GÇóPlayers interested in a fun, friendly environment
GÇóMotivated team players
GÇóAbility to fly a shield tanked BC (or training for it) in PVP is required.
GÇóAbility to fly a bomber or other T2 frigate (or training for it) is required.
GÇóFC Experience and/or Blackops capability a plus.
GÇóMiners & Manufacturers are welcome as long as they are willing to join in PVP operations when in 0.0.
GÇóAll pilots must be willing to train Cyno 4. (Alts for this are fine)
GÇóPilots must be willing to provide limited api keys for any and all of their EVE accounts.
What do we do:
GÇóBlack OPS roams (thus the requirement to be able to at least fly a bomber
GÇóCap Drops when we find decent targets
GÇóAHAC and Nanohac gangs
GÇóBC Roams
GÇóSuper-Happy-Fun-Day frig, destroyer and T1 industrial roams
GÇóLogistics arm is 2nd to none.
GÇóExploration ops and Wormhole Raids
GÇóWhen in empire we do incursion ops and level 4 mission gangs
GÇóPaid Orca and Rorqual supported mining ops in empire and null sec.
What we don't do:
GÇóSOV - Been there, done that, have the T-Shirt. We live in NPC null-sec and we like it here.
GÇóAsshattery - We don't tolerate it at all.
GÇóDrama - RBWH is a drama-free zone. I, donGÇÖt have the time or inclination as CEO to tolerate drama in corp and we try very hard not to recruit folks who are drama-llamas. Those who manage to join generally get shown the door very quickly if they don't mend their ways.
GÇóMandatory Alarm Clock CTA's - We do CTA when necessary but we don't ask pilots to set alarm clocks to attend them. If you're on great... if not we fully believe and support Real Life being far far more important than EVE.
GÇóScream/Shout/Rage at mistakes - Mistakes happen and we know this. Newer pilots and older alike make them. Our policy is to try to help people learn from mistakes, not rage at them for making one.
GÇóScam/Grief - While we will occasionally suicide gank someone in highsec or kill a can flipper and we will definitely kill anyone who isn't blue in lowsec or nullsec we do not tolerate scamming or griefing other players, especially newbies.
