That has not been confirmed, so stop trying to appear clever. CCP and Sony have both already said that IF it is decided that PS3 games will not work on a PS4, then updates will be made to the game in the form of a digital download. The other important point to note is that CCP was in talks with Sony long before development work began on the PS4, so they will have had access to the development kit for the new hardware and will have been able to construct DUST to work on both systems.
Numbers of terminally stupid people seem to be on the increase, I suggest we have a real life Stupidageddon to rectify this issue. |

Did not say they would not release the game for PS4 but it PS3 games wil not work on PS4, that is what they and MS and EA have been talking about for the last few months.
It is not set in stone but lets be real, if MS, Sony and EA see they can make more money then we know what they are going to do. |

And as I pointed out, this has still not been decided upon. The ramifications of that course of action would have a massive detrimental effect on all three sectors of the gaming industry; Publishers, Retailers and End Users. It is those three groups that essentially control what the console manufacturers do.
I suspect that despite all the hype and talk, nothing will change from the way things are now, and we will just see more and more games switching to digital downloads only, especially as worldwide average internet speeds continue to rise. The single most important aspect in this industry is the end user. If they are not happy then the whole house of cards collapses, and that is not something Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo or any of the major publishing houses can afford.

Yeah, the PS3 is so outdated and CCP should focus on making dust for a system that hasn't released yet, and won't release until sometime after dust. They should absolutely ignore the PS3 that's already out, in homes, and cost half what the PS4 is likely to cost.
Have they even talked about the PS4 at E3 yet? I haven't been able to find anything other then rumors about it yet.
We won't even get into the fact that it's a free to play game.
