I'm no longer in need of armor reppers. I'd consider a trade for meta 14 against meta 14 with a commission for having it named Chelm instead of Centus X-Type, but I've no need to acquire more. As for their value....I don't know what happened a month ago, but I've tracked the price of these for years, and can't say that I've ever seen them approach 2 billion ISK. They've always been around 1.5 billion simply because of the ample supply of Meta 14 armor hardeners.
