Please, if youre going to post, post something thats actually true. SMAK has not podded me in memory. I dont think they ever have. Total exagerations. And as I said before we do take worse losses from MM and FU2.
edit: SMAK and AMAX both say that SMAK only flys battlships. Al Haquis, you give me no credit... I would never ever get pod killed by a battleship. The lock time is HUGE. I can escape interceptors nearly every time but you imply I cannot escape a battleships lock time in a pod.... you are truly mad.

AmAx has gained a war slot, that we can use on another threat, that we removed from someone we no longer felt needed fighting.
AmAx has profited one war slot. If SMaK wishes to declare aginst us, they are welcome to, and we will fight with all vigor, but AmAx still profits: One slot.
With what our intellegence has classified thier threat to our operations as, we have decided this to be a profitable move.

Indeed it is Archbishop.
Regarding SMaK our war retraction is not meant as an insult to them. They always fought bravely. However we do need some war slots freed up and SMaK were the ones we felt posed the least threat to the Amarr Empire.
We may be wrong about it and may eventually have to redeclare sometime but at the moment we have other pressing concerns...

Indeed it is Archbishop.
Regarding SMaK our war retraction is not meant as an insult to them. They always fought bravely. However we do need some war slots freed up and SMaK were the ones we felt posed the least threat to the Amarr Empire.
We may be wrong about it and may eventually have to redeclare sometime but at the moment we have other pressing concerns...

Rest assured, we have no plans to stop thwarting Minmatar terrorists - we still have over twenty wars with them, after all.
PIE remains committed to fighting against all enemies of the Empire, and I'm sure that an announcement will be made soon regarding the future allocation of our Concord mandated war slots.

Rest assured, we have no plans to stop thwarting Minmatar terrorists - we still have over twenty wars with them, after all.

PIE issues statements when it sees fit. To give your nerves a rest I can tell you that a new declaration will most likely be given in 10 days time.
As for fighting Minmatar terrorists, we have over 20 such wars still ongoing.
