Why would they cost anything different to what they cost now? If something costs 10 mill less to make you will likely find the market price will drop by around 10 mil. Why would that have any effect on the value of the BPO?
....and a bump for a great print. I would love to get me one of these

None
It takes twice as long to produce copies of T2 ship BPOS as it does to make the ships. If I even cared to keep manipulating market orders, I would have made ships, not copies. It's not a very well thought out question if you know anything about t2 BPOs and production, so I'm answering for you and others who may not know.
Once I sell all my BPOs off I plan on spending isk, not making it... been there and done that, now I'm retiring so I can blow stuff up for the rest of my Eve career.

I also have all the support BPOs to go with it.
The component BPOs are all ME200/PE100 and will be included free with the Hulk BPO.
The Covetor BPO is ME150/PE50 and is NOT included in the purchase price, but I will sell it to the winner at the NPC price. Aside from the obvious advantages to production, it's also good for an average 1.44 bil/year selling copies. In other words - it earns it's own keep. This has been researched to insane efficiency levels for just that purpose. I haven't seen anyone selling copies with higher efficiency.
