Whats the best interceptor and why? Would be used for solo stuff as well as some small gang tackle from time to time. I'm currently trained for Minmatar but I dont really see the Claw or Stiletto as being very good (I may be wrong). Taranis looks good and so does the Sader. I'm just not sure which way to go. I could really use some constructive advice as I'm still very new to the game.

Huh? Was just pointing out Stiletto/Claw are not bad.
Stiletto has four mids, try getting that out of another ceptor. ===

Claw is pretty good to nuke t1 frigs, bombers, tackle inties and stuff, will usually die to competent taranis / crusader pilots, but eats crows for breakfast.
Stiletto is the king of tacklers, its got 4 mid slots which allow to fit ewar, sensor boosters etc, perfect tackle inty and the nemesis of the gatecamp dodger. Did I mention it has 4 mid slots?

Taranis for solo, pumps out some nasty dps and has a major advantage over two of the other combat intys (crusader and claw) by having a third mid slot and being able to use a web; warp scramble + web = job done :)
The Stiletto is a great fleet inty and as a scout, not much dps really but that's not what it was designed for. The bonus to warp disruption rnage is pretty great, I usually fit it for artys and orbit out of scram/web range; best way to hold point and survive long enough for your fleet to come in.

WHY they decided to only give the Ranis drones is beyond me since it can kill almost ALL other cepters
