3x Modulated Strip Miner II
3x Small F-S9 Regolith Shield Induction
Internal Force Field Array I
Mining Laser Upgrade II
2x Medium Core Defence Field Extender I
[Statistics]
Effective HP: 17,250
Tank Ability: 36.70 DPS
Damage Profile - <Omni-Damage> (EM: 25.00%, Ex: 25.00%, Ki: 25.00%, Th: 25.00%)
Shield Resists - EM: 44.69%, Ex: 69.03%, Ki: 66.81%, Th: 55.75%
Armor Resists - EM: 65.60%, Ex: 22.60%, Ki: 35.50%, Th: 44.10%
Capacitor: Stable at 99%
For the empty mid, you may be able to shove another extender or even a survey scanner (43.7/43.75 PG) if you have better skills...but this is about the best you'll get without going deadspace, and deadspace will make you a juicier target to begin with. Active tanks will NOT help against suicide gankers...and usually well-executed attempts will succeed if they bring enough.
