Deve Blog != A Widly poublicized event. They made a dev blog about upcoming changes and testing. What a shock. And I really can't believe that many people would decide to go to Fanfest within a week. Those with the kind of money to do that usually have to take off. And you have to say something anyway. I don't sit on the test server looking at my skills and whether or not there are Supercaps. If you'd read through the thread you'd know that half a dozen people have asked for all skills permanently on the test server.
