I've been trying to contact people at eve-store for a week now via e-mail but have yet to get any response whatsoever.
Does anybody actually read the e-mails sent or is it just an automated computer?

I dispute the theory that the Eve Store actually sells stuff.

same issue here.
my order only arrived partially (items missing), even tho their confirmation email sais it was shipped in full.
wrote em an email few days back. no response yet.
imo that is not an acceptable response time for an online shop. they should be able to answer they emails within 24h at max.

im willing to bet its like one of my buddys job at a wearhouse. him and one other guy will get some paper with stuff to put in a box he puts it in a box puts packing stuff in it slaps a to go thing on it and hes done.

I'm beginning to wonder this myself... I've sent several e-mails and called a few times, but no one every bloody well answers.
Are they going for the worst customer service award ever

Well it's comforting to know I'm not the only person being completely ignored by Eve Store.
I've been waiting eight days for some kind of response to my query. They still managed to send me an e-mail offering a second account at discount price though.

I would suggest you use the 3rd party eve search, numerious people have raised this issue before on the forum. As you've explained, many attempts to contact ccp's people responsible to incomplete and missing orders completely ignored, this seems to be an issue they have had now for atleast 4 years that iv'e seen these threads appear here.
While im sure there are many orders that ship without a hitch, and many happy customers, conversely im sure many instances such as your own don't get raised in public view. Often as you have somebody raises that issue, then numerious people report the same instance.
To see these issues still continuing after 4 years i find puzzling to say the least, as ccp have responded positively in the past in way of resolving these issues.
Clearly that is not that case, as their still be reported.
I suggest you use eve search to view past instances.

See, where you've gone wrong is that you've sent money to a place called a "store".
- to take in or hold supplies, goods, or articles, as for future use.
Maybe you should buy from a shop instead.  |

incomplete? at least you got something.
they have an order of mine pending for 4 weeks now. even though payment was made same day as order.
i ve tried for two weeks now to contact them. i think it is time to dispute the payment and cancel the order.

I've heard so much bad press about the eve store over the last few years, I'd never buy anything from them tbh
