this is the message i get when i try to learn a skill.
Your brain, while quite capable of performing many tasks, is still recovering from the ardor of your last skill learning.
Please let your neural receptors rest for up to a minute before training again.
i tried relogging and its been like this for 30 minutes now. anyone can help me?

That's strange. I haven't seen that message for a long time 
Afaik, that's the message you used to get when you switched training one skill to another - you usually had to wait a minute or two. I thought is was taken out quite a few patches ago?
Best bet is to petition under the 'stuck' option.

Actually I got that message tonight too. Waited 10 minutes & it sorted itself all out. But geez 10minutes. I my character that dumb :)

Same thing happened to me this weekend. It turned out I was still training a skill, but there was no visual indication that *any* skills were training, nor would it let me switch to another skill.
As soon as the skill finished training (a few hours, in my case), everything went back to normal.
You may just have to wait it out, but I would petition in the meantime.

Has this made a return from previous patches? Standard programming practice is copying and pasting a lot of the time, mbe thats wot happened....
The mind can but boggle, but the same thing did happen to me yesterday, but i just started the skill agen and it was fine...

What patch where? Afaik there hasen't been any patches to our client for quite some time and last nite I uploaded patch of 15 new skills to my brain in a matter of seconds and didn't get that kind of message.

When you switch quickly between training skill A snd skill B this seems to happen. If you wait for a few minutes this goes away.
