Yes ok great, you'v had your fun having a go at me, harrasing me, telling me how crap my corp is, and you'v managed to make me feel like a genuinly worthless human being. But i think it's got abit out of hand now and having 100-200 people insulting you on a daily basis because a couple of people think its funny is just out of order...
p.s i don't actuelly care all that much about myself, i only care that your making my corp mates feel like ****.
I am not looking for a discussion about this.. i just though id bring it to your attention..

Mainly because it reinforces my hypothesis that PvP breeds kindness — if you're mean to people in a PvP game, they will screw you over sideways with chainsaws until you change your ways or quite; if you're nice to people, they'll respond in kind and only use hedge trimmers…

Didn't know anything bout this before reading this thread but to be honest this Zedrik dude seems to be of a prat. No-one revels in torturing a kitten like that without having serious personality issues. Joe is just someone who is rather naive, doesn't know how to use the block button, actually cares what people think (in eve ???) and that posting anything on the forums is a good idea. There are thousands of people just like him playing eve, why pick on him?

I've been watching the different threads Joe, and others, have been making and while most take a beating, learn their lesson and move on, our pal Joe refuses to learn from these experiences and move onward with life. He takes what every says seriously and lets it effect him, even out of game, and people just love a good show when someone is declining as fast as him.

Joe has learned, unfortunately via the non-lubed way, that reputation in Eve is everything.
This reminds me of my college days - in a college of not even 1000 people (suffice it to say, I knew just about everyone there for several years, and even more of them knew me - but that's another story). When I was a Junior or Senior there was this Freshman who had a part in his dorm. He had, like, alcohol and stuff - you know, all the sorts of things upper-classmen and anybody with a fake ID could buy without a second thought. Anyway, this guy not only had it in his dorm, which about half of the other dorms had too, just nobody made a fuss about it, but he charged $2 to ENTER his dorm, even if you didn't want to drink anything but the stuff from the tap, AND you could basically go next door and get any sort of alcohol for free if you wanted.
The long and the short of it is that he was from then on known as "Cover Charge" (tl/dr he basically wanted to charge you to take a wee when you could do it anywhere else for free - this is actually a bad example because most of us would like to wee on someone else's property just for the hell of it).
There may have been digression there. Back to it: "Cover Charge" kept his name and notoriety until he either dropped out or was arrested. It doesn't matter which. The point was that he did something stupid and was know "forever" by all the members of that institution (and that was <1000).
Joe has done the same thing as Cover Charge, only in a larger, more geographically expressed collegium. Joe has proved that he has no honor, class, is a ****er, douche, git, tosser, and a few more things in a remarkably short time frame.
This is nothing against Joe, actually. Maybe he was just having some fun and finding out what Eve had to offer. Unfortunately he found out that Eve, much like gravity, is a jealous ***** who doesn't forgive ignorance.
I honestly think Joe started out on the straight and narrow: he started a corp. But that didn't last long. The first chance he got he started smacking, even if he "didn't" know what it meant. Then he got his corp involved, and started making all sorts of false promises.
Next, yes, it goes on, he made the critical failure in Eve of posting something on the market forum. This is what really did him in (because unlike in C&P, market posters take things personally). Most casual players of Eve will assume that the players of influence don't know the difference between a slice of cheese and rugby ball, or that 2 + 2 = 5. When in reality many of the most successful players hold advanced degrees or run successful businesses, or at least make a ****load of money despite no knowledge of the former, or just have too much brain power and not enough real-world outlet. Also, they assume that Eve players have the memory of a ferret with its head lopped off.
Unfortunately (for Joe), this tends not to be the case. Eve players have quite good memories (or an excellent ability to bookmark pages of note); or an insanely reckless enjoyment of fun, even if it will most definitely involve their spectacular demise (these are the people everyone should worry about); or are the sorts of people who want to kill you because they can; OR are the sorts of people whom you have insulted, degraded, abused, and ****ed off, and now have a score to settle.
I'll be honest, only about 5% reach the last part of the previous paragraph. But you've pretty much included them all with your smacking, lying, raging, etc. So you probably deserve some sort of medal.
In short: People in Eve have memories. It doesn't matter if you smacked them in Local or undercut them by 0.01 ISK on something, they'll get you.

and as has already been explained Joe there have been several ways described in which people would agree to do that, the problem is not people deciding to harass you or your corp, its the fact that you have already irrevocably damaged your reputation and the reputation of your corp with your childish antics. I dont blame people for leaving and I wont hold membership in this corp against anyone since its blatently obvious the whole share of the blame rests squarely in your own shoulders. In all honesty i rerally wouldnt be surprised if this follows you around for the rest of this characters eve life.
TLDR - if you **** in your own well, dont be surprised if your water tastes funny.

Joe let me give you a RL example. Were you bullied at school? Did you know anyone who was bullied at school? If so chances are you were advised by teachers / parents / older siblings to ignore the insults and the bullies will look for an easier (and more productive) target.
Eve is like that You get noticed by the general community people either want to be your freind or shoot at you (or even both at the same time) When you stop being noticed they look for other targets. By coming on here and saying "please stop bugging me." you have simply given them reason to bug you some more. At the extreme other end of the scale if you sat in station for two weeks and didnt say a word in local (and I do mean not even one word) , didn't accept any convo requests. and STFU in corp chat about everything related to this everyone would go away and stop bothering you.
You say in your OP that your making this request for your corpies. So follow the advice. I've read all or thereabouts of the story and you have been given mostly good advice inbetween the shooting.
GL out there and I realy hope you do come to understand what Eve is all about soon.

Which a reason why I like EVE. In 'Carebearland' WOW I met a lot more asshats and *****s than I ever meet here. You can lie, grief, cheat, steal and be a total ****** and the game mechanics allow no recourse to that, unlike EVE. As a bonus you can change your name and server and many do. That's a nice money spinner for WOW too so of course there is nothing in place to allow player policing.
Players come to EVE and get a nasty shock when they find out their actions have consequences.

Dont get me wrong the bad language does not offend me and nor does the beligerence. It does show me that you cannot even begin to comprehend why you are still getting the p*** taken both in game and on the forums.
How long has this been going on? Do you really think that people would still be doing this if you were giving them no reason to continue? Eve is not a nice place. Never has been. But that being said you seem to have gone out of your way to attract the wrong sort of attention.
How's the entry to the Alliance going? How about the rehiring of all the former members? What about getting your revenge on SSS and the rest?
Words or Actions?
You can say I am going to do something. i.e. get revenge on the corps who started all this or enter an alliance to make the war bills higher. Or you can just do it and let the results speak for themselves.
