If this is legal... how are u planning on concluding the transaction??? this coud be just anather scam... must admit it is a verry original ideea for a scam

Once i recieve the ISK i will transfer the character. If you want to use a neutral corp to hold the money until you have confirmed the character (such as NAGA or BIG) that's fine, once i recieve confirmation from them that they have the isk, i will transfer the character, once you confirm it's ok, they'll transfer the isk to me. This will prevent any potential scamming on my part.

Honestly if CCP does in fact deny this transaction, they are ignorant buisnessmen. as no one will be making money off their backs, THEY will be making the money and someone will gain another asset with ingame isk. CCP wins in this one.

It will take a change of the EULA to make this illigal. As it stands it does not break the rules set up by the EULA.
