That's the basic idea... He needs 7 days training to be in a hac (Spaceship Command V & Assault Ship IV). He has a set of +3's in his head, He can Overload modules, he can use tech 2 Pulse mediums Tommorrow(Wednesday 23rd).

Negative Sec(-4.07)

Can Use tech II mediums and light drones yes.

Thanks for the interest, I am at work atm, but will get in contact with you with a screenshot of skills later.
And as for the quesion about ships, as mentioned he needs 7 days for hacs, basically he has amarr cruiser V, just needs the other skills like spaceship command V
