If you think tech 2 production will cease in dominion then you're wrong. And therefore tech2 (moon) materials will still be needed. Unless CCP nerfs the amount or the way tech 2 is produced or overhauls it in some way to bring down the value of moon goo then nothing will change except how you take and hold sov. It remains to be seen as we get ever near the expansion how exactly they plan to lower the value of moons, and they did say 'lower' meaning they won't be without value just not as much. So instead of 300billion average moon income an alliance might make 150bil, without sov poses in the hundreds and fuel bills, this makes for a nice budget still. Ninja is recruiting.
