I have to admit that after all of TnTs e-pen stuff against us (=byrn) that I really enjoy how things worked out for them.

Because they're just terrible. And their fleets usually consisted of 4 TNT battleships, supported by 100 PL hacs + titan.

Same problems as scorched earth had towards the end .....lack of members logging on and participating .
I'll give you ur dues at least you saw the back of SE.......problem is you trusted PL and Goons & and thats a serious error on any alliance's part.
Hopefully the new game mechanics will sort those bumchums out a little.

Well, there's also the problem of having so called "pvp corp" members dying in a Cosmos with **** fits, but I digress. I'd rather take the parts of TNT that are non-douchebaggy, but I'm from the old school in this game. Douchebaggery hadn't been invented yet, *****es were still raining from the sky in Second Life, and the roids in Detorid gave forth milk and honey. We mined in battleships, POS bore~fare hadn't been invented yet either and somehow, the Russians still had better ships, and more SP's than everyone else.
Ah, for the good ole days... 
One things for certain ~ CAOD has always been a wretched hive of s****and villainy. And completely entertaining!

Speaking as someone who was on the other side, we had several very fun small-scale fights with TNT during the quiet times when they weren't outnumbered. I think they were a bit too ambitious in their aims, given the active size of their alliance, but I dont think any the worse of them for that.
They gave it their best shot; sometimes these things work out, sometimes they dont. I personally hope they can hold it together, rebuild and try again.

to clarify why kaged left:
Kaged joined TNT to start learning PVP/FLEETING and the general 0.0 side of things.
Since day one we were threatened and ordered to fly frig fleets to 0.0 to help TNT anchor POS'S (most of the time getting blown up whilst there cause we never knew exactly what to do)
This went on for 2 months till we decided we had enough of loosing ships and isk, so we returned to empire to train/make money.
Then we returned with BC'S/BS'S/HAC'S and so forth when we got a station, so we could base out of(after being ordered at and shouted (lol i may add) at by some of the higher end TNT members...)
After we took wicked creek the participation in TNT sank, most fleets were ran by KAGED, inc defence fleets
And we never had the fleet experience we were promised (due to training by TNT) so most the time it was losses rather than kills (i dont mind admitting this since most of us inc me are still learning)
After the first set of resets, it got even more obvious that the war with BRYN/SE was only won by pos spamming and our allies PL/RA/GOONS (and anyone else i forgot to mention)coming to help out mainly reinforcing the pos's
After awhile it was clear that TNT could not defend themselves in their own space, TNT took to much space for what they could fleet up, if the alliance was more active then it would have been easier to keep space and defend well.
After CC were brought in (which every senior member of KAGED knew was the worste idea EVER) they soon reset us along with ZENITH on the same day nearly all blue's reset TNT, part from RA
KAGED lost alot of members due to WC, lots of new guys flew up with us to get their assets blown up which disheartened them so much they quit KAGED and some even quit EVE all together.
As to the remark about recruitment, its actually by invite only, so get your facts correct before posting, your statement only discribes how to apply to KAGED..doesnt mean you get accepted.
Yes we have a majority of new gamers but they all gota learn from somewhere havent they, im sure you people who have been playing for years would appreciate a corp that recruits "noobs" to help them with eve, especially when you started out, we devote alot of time to newer players.
BACK ON TOPIC:
After the constent drain on our wallets and the constent inactivity of the alliance, and also alliance members refusing to help when we engaged targets caus they might get there precious BS's blown up, most if not all members of KAGED wanted to leave.
Some KAGED members played a practical JOKE!, on ts which never went down well with some members *cough* and was the first step towards KAGED being "kicked" (even know we were leaving but meh)
I aint got any grudges against no-one, i've flown with some great guys/gals in TNT and the allies and hope to catch them around
TNT bit off more than they could chew, with inexperienced corps in the alliance, with the promise of experience and training, it was good when it lasted, o7

The people who bagged on Scorched Earth [BYRN] the most about not remaining loyal to their Northern Coalition masters, were abandoned by their Northern Coalition masters in their time of need?
Or was TNT betrayed by their Northern Coalition masters?
Someone clear that up for me, please.

due to TNT's inactivity and CWRA being kicked, theeir "masters" as you put it decided that tnt could defend themselves and there space so were reset, what is the point in helping a alliance that is bleeding your time and resources.
reason why Kaged were planning to leave before *cough* got to the kick button first

TNT was kept neutral by Razor for most of the time we were down there, for :goodfights:
No members of Razor had knowledge of the ZLO betrayal, that act was solely Goons and Minor Threat.
