Why don't you add Goons to NC napfest and their 2 regions?
I mean you did added at leas 3-4 alliances to SC side that don't have anything to do with SC side. Wtf is SC anyway.

Some entities within the NC are allied to Goons, not all are. You only get common standings if you share those standings with all the NC entities.
KIA would probably be on the list if they still resided up North, they don't really need standings where they are now.
Even when Goons held some territory up north last year they were still neutral to MM at least, probably a few others aswell alive at the time back then. MM and Goons have only ever been allies during major campaigns which had both entities fighting on the same front. Even in the Delve conflict, MM had very temporary settings and station access in Goon territory. It is more of a mutual tolerance than a close relationship like they share with Razor and TCF. Goons are like Razor's mother-in-law when it comes to MM's marriage with Razor. 
All entities don't share the exact same blue list, but the only entities that are blue to all NC are the ones on that list.
Most entities have some minor entities that they have given permission to access their specific territory, but have no standings with any other members of the NC or access to any other region.
Most of these minor entities have almost a non-existant presence unless any territory they have been given access to is under attack. A bit like renters but not all of these entities rent, some are just small entities that have permission to live in certain areas within a major member's territory.
To have the whole convoluted list would be counter-productive, most members do not need to know who the minor relationships are unless the region is under attack, like in the Max Campaign in Tribute, other than defence they have no presence in NC fleets.
