ok so this is it.
i have been waiting for 1.5 months now for my payment to be processed and my order shipping.
i have sent 5 mails all unanswered. tonight i tried to call the number that is listed as "support".
yea well, automated ****ing answer system with no chance to connect to an operator or any person. "type the name of the person you want to talk to".
i get it though. they dont want my money. i will dispute the charge to my credit card now.
worst service ever.

i can confirm that emails sent to the eve store email adress are not being answered.
my issue has been resolved none the less so i guess they are at least been read.

i placed the order via the eve store website.
a coffee mug and a e-on subscription.
i paid immediately via paypal. there was no issue and i got confirmation that the payment had gone through.
2weeks later i sent the first email when i saw that the order was still showing payment pending. i sent the transaction id and a screenshot of the paypal payment.
no reply. i sent mails repeatedly 2 twice a week but nothing.
please, give them a call and tell them to check their bloody email. i m sure if some one was just doing some acctual work they could clear up all those complaints.

well I would love to buy some stuff there but the shipping fee to my Country (Middle Europe) is insanely high.
Example:
Keychain: 12.99$
Shipping Fee: 39.19$
Their logistic partner suck tbh. You could send most of the stuff in their store with local Mail-Companies for only a few bugs but for some strange reason they chose to use one of the most expensive private mail/package companies -FedEx- to do that. No wonder no one buys stuff there |
