Am i going mental or have they changed the Ishtar's bonus's to giving sentry drones the drone control bonus???
I have used the Ishtar for near 5 years now and the recent problems with the skills of mine not effecting ship bonus's made me petition the fact that my sentry drones, (and other heavy drones) on my Ishtar were only going the base range without the bonus's applied from the Ishtar.
I had a GM reply and tell me that the Ishtar DOES NOT give bonus's to Medium and Sentry drones, only Small scout and Heavy..WTF?
Can someone tell me that im not going mad, or am i just dreaming ?

All drones have had the bonus for me for the last couple of years at least.

This is reason that i cannot control my Ishtar drones anymore?????

Considering that medium drones are in fact "Medium scout drones" and should therefor be included in the "scout drones" part, I'd say escalate the petition and see if a senior GM says the same thing since that reply seems to me like the GM doesn't know what he's talking about.

Why the **** do they still have GMs still handling petitions who have no clue about game mechanics.

Ok, i had another reply from a different GM, and he/she stated that the Ishtar drone bonus works for Small/ Medium/ Heavy drones but not the Sentry drones.
The fact that the sentry drones for years have had this bonus applied to my Ishtar is somewhat of a mystery.
It was stated that this was an "Oversight" in the fact that the sentry drones had this bonus, and now i presume Ishtar's will not have this bonus applied to them.
Again i wish that they announced this change properly.

CCP needs to hire some GM's that actually know something about this game tbfh.
the ishtar drone control range affects all drones, from sentrys and down to light drones.
at least my sentry drones still has 75km control range

Neither this forum nor GMs can deal with that problem. You need to file a bug report to get it fixed.

Just tested it out and the extra 20km (lv4 HAC) worked fine for me with Bouncer II sentry drones

I have filed a bug report etc........
I just got really confused when i went to use the Ishtar and this problem occured, combined with the response.
Also can people stop sending me hate mails saying im trying to get the Ishtar nerfed.
I wanted some answers to what was correct and what should be expected from the bonus, as it was not affecting me whilst i was in the ship.
