yes he has 1 jump clone with +4 implants only prob is its a bit in low sec space

That's overpriced by quite a bit. Both this caldari character and this caldari character have twice your skills and are only 5 Bil buyout.
If you decide to lower your price, I'm still interested.

You only have 350k sp in subsystems which is less than twice the amount sp you have wasted in indy skills. Furthermore, even if someone wanted to buy this account for T3 fun they would have another full month of training ahead of them due to your poor missile skills.
Demanding 4b so that someone can spend 1b on a T3 fit which can only use T1 missiles is ridiculous.
