hi im looking for advice on how i can get a senior gm to check my accuont as im having major issue's and regular gms dont give a **** about my issue's always get sorry our records dont show a problem
the ingame name is viper09
issue 1 is losing skillpoints even tho have a clone with 32.8mil sp and im currently 28.5mil sp yet i still loss 768k of sp this has happened 6 times in the last year so thats 3840000 skillpoints lost
issue 2 losing ships when ship is being taken into station so i have no control over it this has happened 3 times in last month even tho i had 6500 armour and was repping for over 1000 when being fired on
if anyone can give me advice on were to get help from it will be most appreciated

These are some serious issues and need to be looked into deeply. Please really look into it, do not just skim over the logs and say "Oh Well, we cant find anything". It is my belief that the petition system GM's are not very helpful. This too needs to be looked at or you customers (players) will start to lose faith in the QOS of your product and company.

If your really experiancing these kind of problems you have to put a petition in. If that gm says he cant find anything escalite it, which sends it on to a senior gm. Just keep trying.

i have been gettin them to escalate it and the senior gm's dont even seem to look at it as been over 1 month since last 1 was escalated and still no reply or even acknowledgement thats theyre looking into it

Damn Viper09 sorry to hear this is happening to you. Only advise I coupld possible offer is to repetition and escilate.
