I think people who get upset by what he is doing are the ones who think there should be a permit required for being allowed to speak like this.
If he just wants people to think, then why does he have a megaphone and camera?
Seems to me like he wanted to make a douchey spectacle, then post it on youtube so other douches could talk about it.

Mwhahahha i wondered when this one would pop up on youtube ... I was working in the city at the time they did it ... im somewhere in the crowd having a giggle at the renta cops ... many lolz were had by the public at the renta cops ... because most of the peeps who work in the city have the same opinion as the guy on the megaphone about them ...
Having said that in the short time I was assigned there you would see any amount of nutjobs

Why do they have private security guards dress up like real cops? Thats hilarious.

There is actually a law against impersonating a cop on the UK, unfortunately it's rarely put into use.

So if someone would sue one of those guys, they would get nowhere?
Ok, so what if a bunch of demonstrators would dress up as cops? Would they get slapped with the impersonating a cop charge? Probably, right?
