Since i used to be a hulk pilot but after my few month break i decided to move to mission carebearing instead, so my gunnery skills are next to 0. While having somewhat decent drone skills.
Drones 5
Scout Drone Op. 5
Drone durab, interfacing, navigation and sharpshooting 4
Gallente drone spec. 3
As well as most important fit/cap skills at decent level
Mechanic, Electronics, Hull Upgrades and Engineering 5
Energy Managment, Energy System Op. 5
What kind of fitting would be good for Myrmidon (L3's) and Domi (L4's)? Does the salvage/drone boat still work? Or maybe even Proteus with its cruiser hull so i could use it at all of the gates starting from L2's?
Ie.
highs: dronelink (the range one), 1 civil rail and rest tractors and salvagers?
meds: AB & cap recarhgers
lows: ?
rigs: +repair% and 2x CCC?
Now i'm already little lazy, hence why i let the drones do the killing :P So i'm not really that kind of person who swaps hardeners based on mission rats, so some sort of "all around" tank would be nice, if it's possible.
Any ideas?

If you're looking to use drones only then
Highs:
2 x drone links
1/2 salvagers
1/2 tractors
1 x gun of any kind.
Mids:
3/4 Cap Rechargers
0/1 AB
0/1 Omni Tracking Link - for Sentrys
0/1 Drone Nav Comp - Speeds up your drones, useful if you really are afk.
Lows
2 x LAR
4 x Hardeners
0/1 DCU - Being afk I'd go for dcu over cpr unless you can't leave everything running.
0/1 Cap Power Relay
Rigs:
Pretty much what you said: depending on cap skills.
1/2 Aux Pumps
1/2 CCC
Should eventually be looking towards 6 Faction 350's or 5 T2's and a drone link in Highs.
2/3 omnis, a Tracking Comp and a Cap Recharger or 2 in Mids.
Faction LAR, 3 hardeners, 3 Mag Stabs in Lows
With 2 sentry drone damage augmentors in rig slots.

if you got work or other things to do nothing beats a way overtanked domi with ogres/hammers (if your also grindng sec lights work well) just pop drones and come back a hour or two later
if you want speed i like the mega nice damage and tracking

good advice so far. but just a rig tip. a myrmidon has bonuses to armor rep amount, so ignore the repping rigs. CCCs are preferable.
and yur right, with yur drone skills the domi and myrmidon will do u well.
