Looking to pay 2.5billion ISK.
MUST HAVE: Hulk pilot, pref exhumer 5.
Learning: At least tech 1 and tech 2 to lvl 4 if not 5 for tech 1 skills minimum.
Industry: Refinery eff 5 and A/b/c/Mercoxit ore processing at lvl 4 or 3 at least hopefully.
Drones: Mining drones at 5 preferably, but 4 is ok.
Engineering: Some decent shield tanking skills, looking at lvl 4 minimum.
Cybernetics ATLEAST 3, 4 or 5 a bonus.
I DO NOT WANT TO SEE A CHAR WITH ORE PROCESSING LVL 5 IN ANY CONDITION UNLESS IT MEETS ABOVE CONDITIONS.

Thank you for posting but MUCH too low SP wise. 2.5 bill I expect 11-20mill sp range

Thanks for the link skip, but i am looking for minimum 15-16 mill dedicated SP, the more the better, and I am not in a rush to buy unless I find the perfect char.
Need good shield tanking, some drones for defense as well as tech 2 mining drones.

Ok, these last three, is more around what I am looking for.
Order that I like:
1) Minowealth
2) Inferno
3) Rockplucker (its v nice but the first two are considerably more skilled)
We shall see if any of these three become mine.
