I noticed it has a ship maintenance bay of 400,000m3. Can you put packaged ships in there for hauling, or is it just for refiting during an op?

The Ship Maintenance Bay only holds assembled ships, so no you cannot use it for hauling assembled ships. But you can store or swap ships in space using it, as well as hauling them.

That's what I thought. Ok here's another question regarding the orca... Does expanded cargoholds and cargohold optimization effect the corporate hanger, ship maintenance, and/or the ore bay, or does it just effect the cargo hold like on every other ship?

no. Just the cargo hold is effected.

Cargo exspander only effect the main cargohold. Nothing else.
Also, The Maintenance Bay is for holding extra ships. Combat ships for the miner to swap out and protect themselves. Also you can put a hualer in there as well, I use to put a Itty 5 in there, and swap out with my miner when a hauler was needed. it good in a large Mining OP. where you want the ORCA in space for bonuses all the time.
Note: The ship you want to put in the Maintenance Bay MUST have, <I repeat> MUST HAVE a empty Cargohold. if you have even a bookmark in the hold. you will be ejected from the ship, but the ship will fail to dock in the bay, and it will be floating in space, unmanned.

This^. It's also worth noting that scanner probes and mining crystals count as charges, so you can store those in the cargo holds of ships in the maintenance array.

I also carry around a shuttle or a cargo-fit frigate. These are ideal for bookmarking asteroid belts, or picking-up the strip miner crystals you forgot to bring. Most of the time I just have my cargo fit salvaging destroyer do double duty.

It's also worth noting that a whole lot of ammo can be stored in haulers that are then stored in the orca's maintenance bay.
Make the ammo with a high ME BP, and reprocess it at your destination using somebody with high scrap metal processing.

It's a green seed pod eaten in many cultures around teh world. I think it originated in Africa. I prefer it sliced and fried.

A big industrial ship. her function are give special bonus to party team. and can cargo around 200.000 m3 of resource and 400.000 to can carry 2 hulk asemble, and can too give suport to fitting in middle of space.
