So I understand this is a corporation that I can do missions for? I looked it up in-game and there was only one combat agent listed =(
And also I understand that by doing missions for it I can raise standings with all four factions?

The public relations agents give a decent amount of combat, yeah you have some courier. However many of those can be done with a interceptor.

That used to be the case, a long time ago.
Nowadays the SoE are aligned to Minmatar/Gallente.

This is not correct. Doing missions for Sisters of EVE will very slightly decrease standing with Amarr and Caldari, while gaining standing for Gallente and Minmatar.
Check this for the Derived Inter-Faction Standing Modifier.

As a note, Interbus still gives standings to all the Empires, but the catch is - Interbus doesn't have any stations of their own, so you cannot access your LPs.

They also dont have storyline agents. No faction standing gain, no derivated faction standing gains.

I like to play this game because it make my in-game actions and archievments to mean something in-game. |

The divisions for various corporations I've worked for:
* Advisory: passable mix for a miner / industrialist like me that likes some combat too. I do most of my level 4 missioning with this one.
* Administration: more combat than Advisory, but more courier missions and no mining ones.
* Manufacturing: extremely painful, as it is heavy on courier missions
* Command: combat missions galore
* Internal Security: combat missions galore
