can you help me with a tempest and a scorp setup. the ships are gonna be used on missions not pvp.

High:
4x Siege Launcher(s)
2x Mega Pulse Laser(s)
Med:
1x 100mn MWD
1x XL Shield Booster
3x Shield Hardener(s)
1x Shield Boost Amplifier
2x Cap Recharger(s) II
Low:
2x Ballistic Control(s)
2x Power Diagnostic Unit(s) II
Drone:
6x Ogres
Named modules are always a plus.

2x425mm rails
4xcruise launchers
1xsensor booster
6xmulti ecm or sensor dampners
1x xl shield booster
warp core stabilisers and / or tech2 gravi backups

Considering that 425s do crap dmg now and the ROF on cruise launchers is horrible, I would definitely avoid that setup like the plaque. Not to mention itÆs a PVP setup and heÆs asking for a PVE setup.

Rof on cruise launchers is 15% or so worse then siege. And 425mm rails kick ass.
