So since salvage is free for all, why stop others fromu tractoring other people's wrecks around?
Why not let them haul it all out 100km from you and steal everything beyond range?
Just saying, either protect the wrecks or don't.. Doing it half way is incompetent at best.

Yeah, but the loot inside that wreck is considered theirs, so CCP says you can't go dragging other peoples **** around.
What they really should do is say anyone can tractor empty wrecks. But honestly, who really cares?

Because it would become a new forum of griefing and the carebears would whine even more. Back when I used to mine, I use to love to play with can flipper using my Orca and tractor beams.
I'd let them get close to the can then drag it away for a bit and see if they would chase it. Was rather amusing sometimes TBH. I could see ninja looters making carebears go insane (at least more than normal) if you could tractor the wrecks away from them.
