Publius Arens	Posted - 2009.10.03 13:36:00 - [1] In EVE it is everyday you hear about some sort of scam or back stab or a straight-forward corporate infiltration and theft. What you don't hear about every day is somebody doing something about it. Formed from the ashes of the Thurisaz Robotics corporation, Eye of Osiris members remembered the Betrayer. After earning the role of Director in Thurisaz Robotics , former director and three time Betrayer Kyiac stripped all corporate assets clean. it was found there were two more corps that Kyiac had stolen from. Apparently, corporate theft had been a long time career for Kyiac. Kyiac stole from Asteri Rising (now closed) and Cryto Beverage Cartel (also closed, founded by his own alt Swineburn). Eye of Osiris CEO Darko Reia decided that enough was enough, that it was time to teach the Betrayer a lesson . So Eye of Osiris declared war on Kyiac's corp : Aerospace Eveanaut Preparatory Academy, a war of extermination. Eye of Osiris was joined in this war by The Usual Bunch of Idiots (merc corp who steeply discounted the war), The League of Disgruntled Fast Food Employees (another merc group who joined for free for the Cause), and even one time adversaries and always honorable adversaries red white bleu Flying Dutch Liberty Angels. Within hours of the wardec, members who had joined Kyiac's corp would leave in disgust after having learned the reason for the war, some even going so far as to join Eye of Osiris public channel and thank us for helping keep the eve community a fun place to play. Forum rules prohibit the sharing of killboards and even war kills information, in case it would embarrass a player. So I will refrain from mentioning what happened to any war target we could find and to the high sec POS (stolen from Thurisaz Robotics).As of the time of this post , the Betrayer's corp has 3 members. Kyiac aka Swineburn, aka Cozmic Koon has been charged with crimes against the EVE community at large and has been sentenced to continue paying the price. To Arms, my Brothers and Sisters! From checking the above killboard link and also battleclinic I fail to see how you have done any real damage to anyone. Eye of Osiris shows 10 kills and 22 losses with 77% of the isk being lost on your side. Your previous corporation that you mention shows 9 kills and 115 losses, 8 billion isk lost by Thurisaz Robotics Corporation. My main has better stats than that and I am ****. ------ In Before Kanye West

If you want more support that he is a corp thief, just eve-search all of his character names. There are other threads from his older corps, with a similiar message. Sure, it is possible a few dozen people that have never encountered each other in game, and over a span of about a year are conspiring to ruin his reputation. It's also possible he is a corp thief. If you don't care, invite him to your corp. But anyone that bothers to check his background in the future will find one more thread against Kyiac, with none for him. And yeah....the amount he stole far outweighs what we can destroy, in terms of ISK. But, we did take a 50 man corp, and force every single member out in under a week. Now Kyiac can play by himself. When I wake up crying at night that the poor bugger made off with all of our money, I like to soothe myself with thoughts of how very little fun he can have when he logs onto EVE.

Couple of screenshots, but nothing iron clad, because this is EVE and thats how EVE works. And I did post the kb link you know...I know I did, because the day this thread got bumped the site got about 5000 hits...bit more then my 50 man corp usually generates. We only massacred one or two noobs, mostly because none of the rest undocked. Not even once. Hell, neither did Kyiac, except when he decided he wanted to get his Orca popped. Our friendly neighborhood mercenaries didnt stand around all day podding noobs, they just helped us with the less then pleasant task of tearing down a high sec large POS with 6 god damn hardeners. As for C. Litter, he was just bored and **ed that no one in his corp would actually fight back, so he suicided on our POS a few times...in his defense, none of the guns were online when he formed his brilliant plan....announcing the plan to solo a POS in a vent with a spy in it probably wasnt his best idea though. And yeah, one more bump for the thread. Down with the dastardly Kyiac! Truth will out! Or something...he's joined a corp that runs out of Fountain that couldn't care less how much he's stolen from the poor empire bears, so I guess he wins?
