I'd say sink about half of your 17 million in so you don't worry too much about not making it back, but you will.
Now haul them back to the main hub - probably not Jita, usually has lower overall sell orders, more competition - and sell them - here you will have to camp your orders and they won't sell crazy fast but you can sell 10-20 of each of these items in a week or two. At this point, if you picked right, you could quite possibly turn 8 million into 40 million in a few weeks, if you do it right. Rinse and repeat...
Huh! Describes exactly what I did (and still do) to get the isk that I now have to invest. I was planning on writing a guide, but yours is pretty thorough - I may just post a comment or two there. Good job!

I will go so far as to say Akita T is a good investment to make. Smart long term player.
Sadly I'm droping all my isk also into pre-patch seculations too. So I cant invest myself as I'm investing in myself :)

Yes, the deadline remains the 28th of November, as mentioned in the OP, since CCP didn't change the patch day.
I would edit the OP in case I closed the offer down prematurely.
Confirmation mails will be sent in-game whenever I login and check the logs (I keep my list of investors primarily in-game, in the notepad).

To be honest, I was pondering already closing it down early before your post, but some additional liquid ISK for quick adjustments here and there won't hurt too much... and you never know what opportunities might pop up right before the patch. So, as much as you like, I'll try to make best use of the entire amount.
