I have seen peopl on forums pay as much for an inferior bpo. I am not really understanding it.

I was waiting to talk to you in game.
The reason I have not sent the refund is that I was wondering if you still wanted the bpo when it comes out of res. If you do then I will set the contract and if not then I will refund as I mentioned.

You contract has expired once, I made another but if you don't claim it and some one else wants it I will cancel contract and set it to the next mans.
