NumBerGuy	Posted - 2004.10.27 04:04:00 - [35] Stoop chill bud The reason people are laughing is because Ben tried to worm his way into QDF, we actualy accepted him and questioned him about his squads application to join CA. He told us that they hadnt (even though their application was on the CA forums) after usuing our safe spots, where are ammo was stored he started asking for BM's up and down the pipe. Now, no one I believe trusted him that much but that night he came on the BA channel and said he was joing our enemys. What ****ed us all off was the fact that he LIED through his teeth. He then got a interceptor and started harrasing our indies in the pipe, so when he was killed he started on local about how it took 3 of us to kill him, if I wanted 1v1 I would buy a sniper rifle. Now thats what I call smack talking, ie trying to save face or annoy someone they will make a mistake like he did. Having a bit of humour doesn't hurt anyone, what hurts them is having to fight people they once called friends. Now it seems we have DSMA and SOTG(who claim to be cfs: Dont believe them though) killing our n00bs in empire space. Has the great CFS that stood for so much sunk so low as to use these sorts of tactics. I for one dont beleive it, but I would ask that the CFS leaders deal with this before mine and a few other squads declare war

Now Local smack talk goes something like this. this is for small to moderate engagements. 1. out number your enemy to the point he has no hope in hell of winning. 2.Upon enemies arrival at safe point send a covert ops ship to make a half-futile attempt to find them. 3 All battleships should provide verbal cover -fire to distract the enemy from the realization that any modern fleet with half an IQ point is trying to find them.. 4 Upon Enemy log off at safe point after the tounge lashing, see above if you are so inclined as to think the eve community honestly cares whose winning what mexican standoff. Carebear guide to kill reporting: 1 newbie ship = 1 (tier 2-3) cruiser (depends which race it was and which ship is cooler) 1 Industrial ship = 1-2 battleships 1 cruiser(tier 1-2)= 2-4 battleships(normally ravens or Gank/tank aggedons) 1 battleship/interceptor = Complete and total annihilation of all enemy assets, enemy wives, enemy children, and yes of course the dog too.

Less serious posting means the noise to signal ratio goes up and the smacktalk becomes more visible and the people discuss that instead of the war. During the war I think there was little smacktalking in space from every side. Funny list though
