I hope i wont read next weeks that StA/CFS/DSMA or single corps are labeled as pirates, because they gank or destroy vessels in the warzone! For us its still war and if you decide to conitnue with mining/NPC hunting and been ganked by doing so its your own fault.

Isn't that how CA justifies ganking neutrals in CFS space? CA is at war with CFS and thus anyone in CFS space is fair game. Just some food for thought.
You know , the funny thing is that by doing that we (CA) are labeled pirates , but if Fountain Alliance do the SAME thing in former CFS space it WONT be labeled as piracy !

Well there are differences, without taking any side.
CA came to CFS to fight easy targets and get combat expirience. FA came to CFS space to annex and conquere it. The one is piracy the other is for what war is. To enlarge your own territory.
But in time of war, there is no good nor bad side. Just ppl shooting each other. One will surrender or withdraw from war, but both will be stronger and more expirienced in the end.
