In auction for EVE item collectors:
1 Shiny Empty Capsule
I've checked through a petition with CCP if it was legit to auction this special item as you normally can't get it (you can't leave your Capsule) and it was confirmed that it is not considered an exploit.
Auction specs:
- Starting/minimum bid: 50m
- Minimum bid increment: 10m
- Closing date and time: 6pm EVE-Time Oct 14
- Reserve price: [Hidden]
- Sniper Rule: -
- Buyout price: -
- Item Location: Azer, Everyshore

It was a really obscure bug, and it has probably been patched by now...

Make Alt.
Have Alt join your corp.
Have Alt leave Rookie ship.
Terminate Alt.
Those are the ingredients for an empty capsule.

I have 2 empty capsules, got both when i started playing 2 years ago. They were in my hangers on each char. Back then i was told if that got killed you got perma killed in game. Ofcause i belived that back then, and saved them well, lol.

To be honest, i have no idea how i got it, it's probably been in the hangar for ages, never even bothered to look. It wasn't due to alt-creation/termination. Not making any secrets about it and confirming more people have them, just trying to make some isk...
There's always people having things they don't want where others so happen to want them...

You can't put them on contract, so it's a moot point. The empty capsules I have are unable to be placed on contract, but maybe yours don't have this issue.
