This a lottery for a Cap Recharger II BPO. For the previous blueprint lottery go here.
Basic lottery information
You will be purchasing tickets for 10 million ISK each, no limit to the amount of tickets. There are 9,000 tickets, in total returning 90 billion ISK, but I may chose to close the ticket sales at an earlier point if I see the interest decreasing and thus speeding up the end of the lottery and faster annoucing of a winner.
Prize: Cap Recharger II blueprint (ME40/PE40, in high-sec)
Number of tickets in total: Between 7,500 and 9,000 depending on interest (lottery will be closed when reaching 9,000)
Lottery ends on Wed, Oct 21st, 18:00 or when 9,000 tickets has been sold.
How will a winner be picked and how can we verify the winning number?
As there will be somewhere around 7,500 to 9,000 tickets in total I've chosen to simply put all the pilots into a database, and upon picking winner simply running a select statement ("select pilot from tickets order by newid()" - MSSQL), and the name that comes up is the winner.
While you cannot verify this via external sites and/or media it simply comes down to trust.
Cool, so how do I get tickets?
Buying tickets is simple, each ticket cost 10 million ISK and you can buy as many as you would like. Simply send the amount of ISK for your wanted number of tickets to me - Chribba (ensure that you type it correctly) AND - and this is important! - Add the message CR2 in the reason line of the ISK dialog, the message will enable me to track your ticket and insert it into the drawing database properly.
ISK that is sent NOT having the CR2 message will be seen as a donation to me and will NOT be a part of the lottery. You do not need to send me an EVEmail with the message, only type it with the ISK.
Check your tickets here: Linkage
Examples:
If you want to buy one ticket, send 10,000,000 ISK to Chribba with the reason CR2
If you want to buy two tickets, send 20,000,000 ISK to Chribba with the reason CR2
If you want to buy fifty tickets, send 500,000,000 ISK to Chribba with the reason CR2
Of course you can send 10 million now and 20 million later, that won't make any difference, in total you will still have bought 3 tickets. So you can either send per ticket or in one sum, as long as they wear the correct message, the number of tickets will be correct.
Tickets will only be counted in the steps of 10, for example sending 12 million ISK will still only be counted as one ticket, and 2 million ISK will be treated as a donation. Sending 9,999,999.99 ISK will give you ZERO tickets as it will be rounded down.
IMPORTANT! READ THIS TWICE!
Tickets cost 10 million each.
ISK needs to be sent to Chribba with the reason CR2 - in ISK dialog, not EVEmail.
A confirmation is available here, so you can see how many tickets you have purchased and that your name is in the database. The data is imported on regular intervals via the API so it may take a few hours for it to show up.

According to the Battleclinic Manufacturing tool, you have to sell 100.000 cap rechargers to earn the sum of aprox. 90b.
To built these, it would take you 8 years with one manufacturing line :-)

And all these people crying about 90 bil worth of tickets, should uninstall the game. It's a lottery. That's the POINT. You sell more tickets than you pay out. That way, people can RISK a small amount of money for a MASSIVE payout. IF my twenty million isk (15 minutes of ingame work) lands me this BPO, you can bet your sweet ass that I'm going to turn right around and sell this. 20 mil of risk for 60-70 bil? Yeah, I'll give it a go.
Do I care that my odds are 1/4,500? Hell no. That's literally 10-15 NPC bs.

Make sure you type the name correctly if you did not use this character, and also that you sent it to the correct name (me) and that the reason was correct (else I'll have to manually update it for you).
If you used corp transaction your tickets will be listed under your corpname instead of you as person.
If all is correct and you still does not show do contact me with the time/amount of the transaction and I will look it up manually.

I know I made the transaction from this char, as i always use your post in the MS mailing list, and right-click to send ISK, and this is the only char subscribed. Corp doesn't have any tickets, either, but I'll be sure to check first chance I get home. I usually do everything from the mailing list, copy/paste. Maybe I missed a 0.

Per request of the blueprint owner the lottery has been extended until tomorrow morning around 08:00-ish to reach the lower limit of the 7,500 tickets.
In the event that someone do feel this extension of the lottery is unfair and wish a refund, please contact me asap before tomorrow morning and/or post in this thread so I can exclude you from the lottery (hopefully noone drops out so I have to extend once again due to tickets refunds below the limit).
