If you didnt agree to shoot some corparation that NSA/FU considered hostile, why didnt you(Nemesis)just warp out on that night in EC, when you attacked corps in FU that had +10 standings or neutral to you?
Nemesis were defending the gate with FU when DIE jumped in, Nemesis then opened up on FU Corps, thats why -NM- became KOS 
Is it clear now?
