Sectorgame FTP Hosting
Sectorgame FTP hosting is a simple web hosting solution for experienced users. We are offering a quick and easy setup method for those who simply wish to have a place to host their website and/or content without hassle or advertisements of any kind. Note that we do not offer portal based hosting nor do we build websites, however any help required will be freely given. On a fast and reliable server, you'll have access to your directory via FTP with support for most common scripting languages, MySQL and POP3 mail accounts if desired. There are currently NO bandwidth restrictions however we do ask that you do not abuse our service. Also, using the service to store copyrighted material such as music & movies is NOT allowed and will be immediately deleted along with your account.
Hosting plans as follows:
- Basic Plan: 1GB = 10mil ISK/month
- Modal Plan: 10GB = 50mil ISK/month
- Navy Plan: 100GB = 100mil ISK/month
- Corpum Plan: 500GB = 500mil ISK/month
To setup a simple FTP account with Sectorgame, all you need to do is send an EVE Mail (or convo) to Maldu Rakahi including the following details in the contents of the message:
- Your player name
- Verifiable E-mail address
- Desired hosting option
- Intended use (Corp site, corp movies, etc)
- Name of directory (e.g sectorgame.com/corpname)
- Desired Username & Password
Within 24 hours you will receive a response with the details of your FTP account, after which you must send the monthly fee. Note that, you may pay for 1 year up front if you desire however it is not required. If you intend to make use of MySQL please let us know in advance as database access is based on a user/password system. Sadly, due to being only FTP accounts, we cannot provide PhpMyAdmin access.
Technical support is freely available.
Also, if you wish to have a forum section within our PHPBB community, you may - Both public and private forums can be setup for your corporation with complete control over your group. Note that, although you may setup a forum within your FTP account, it would be easier to have one in our already active forum - especially if it's solely for the purpose of your corporation & friends.
