As far as everything else goes, never in my wildest dreams would I have thought it difficult to GIVE away 15 millions ISK... never; I'm left speechless.

I'd like to thank everyone who participated and believed in this effort, unfortunately people just weren't willing to participate; their loss.
I'd also like to note that if everyone who had viewed the thread actually participated I could have already given out over 400 millions ISK by now, but alas, the fates did not wish it so.
ALL ISK has been returned to those who gave it to me, I'd encourage those people to confirm so that in the future people will understand that this isn't a scam. I actually lost 13 million ISK of my own money doing this (and will be trying this again in the future). Hope everyone enjoys the rest of your weekend.

Also, I think it's sad that I couldn't GIVE AWAY 15 Million ISK. It's not like it can be dirty money or anything, it's free money to who ever wanted it... my mind is blown.
In any case, hopefully people will understand this isn't a scam and will be willing to participate. Sure most people will lose their investment, but if you win you get a very very big prize, especially if you only bought one slot and won.
I never thought people would pass up free money... ever. I guess there's always next time.

I was hoping having a daily lottery with only 200 slots would appeal to people. That way you dont have to wait months, weeks, or days for your reward, not to mention you're not going up against thousands of other people or have to pay 10 million isk per ticket.
I mean 1 million isk is nothing, I spend that without much effort, it's like wasting a dollar, but apparently people are apprehensive about doing so. Oh well, there's always next time, hopefully more people will join on board. Thanks to the few who participated.
