Even if i do Angel Extravaganza lvl 4 and say in Local that i need help to clean our sweet home from dirty wrack nobody comes. I dont even loot them. Nobody care! So i have to make space fresh and clean myself. I fly Drake and this could be the reason. But hey! I kill slower but i still do lvl 4's. Give Drakes a chance and scan for Battlecruisers too. 
In Motsu was it much better.. i had always 1-3 green helpers i each mission!
Please visit Ichoriya more often.

Also why is this in crime and punishment, salvaging is not a crime.

Confirming that I scan for battlecruisers, battleships, command ships, drones.
In a related event, last night was my first attempt at the new scanning system.
In Motsu, it took me 10 minutes to scan down 2 ravens in a lvl 4, with dedicated destroyer for salvaging.
Now with 2 ravens blowing up ships the wrecks were plentiful and ripe for the picking, and more than the lonely destroyer could do all by his lonesome.
As I started counting the isk in my head, I realized my error.
I didn't really expect to peg anything on my first attempt and am using my imicus to salvage.
With 1 lonely salvager I was unable to salvage quick enough and only got 1 mil or loot, the tears I shed were few, as my goal was to learn the new scanning system. I will be fitting a destoyer for all my salvaging needs, oh and of course a gank mega incase I get to bait them into shoot me.

Don't use a destroyer to salvage other people's missions; you can't use a tractor beam on other people's wrecks, and dessies are slow and clumsy. Use a frigate or a Stabber :)
