Anyone have a link to a good site that gives what DPS you need to tank for each type of wormhole site per class of WH?

Well, they're all Sleepers, so you need to passive omni-tank, and use the maximum DPS you can. Higher the WH class, the higher everything you need.

Confirming Class 3 is less than 3000.

2 x BS which is generally the worst you will face in a class 3, apart from mag sites, will do around 800 DPS total not including support.
Class 5 spawns = 4000+ DPS
Class 6 spawns = 6000+ DPS
Sleepless Guardians, the most advanced sleeper BS's do roughly 700 DPS each.
On a happy note, there is only 1 frigate that scrambles in Class 3 wormholes so most sites and anomalies can be warped away from if its too much for you, in the sites/anoms with the scramble frigate there is usually only 1 and its relatively easy to kill so you can warp but may trigger furthar spawns (without scramblers)

Those might be the theoretical max dps numbers, but in practice you can survive with less then half of such tank numbers. A quarter even.

800dps in class 3 is for BS/Drake. If you fly something with lower signature incoming dps is way lower.
