The rules were laid out.
A CA member broke those rules.
It is less the responsibility of CGC to prevet CA from breaking rules than it is for a CA member to follow them.
Quote: They have the audacity to demand an apology when the fault lies not with the Curse Alliance but the CGC.
This is the response of the Caldari State. You think they should have done something different, instead of what they have done now. Sorry, but that is less your decision than it is theirs.
Another classic example of chit chat without meaning.

no, i think i see what she's getting at! basically, she's saying that the CGC should have known that CA members cannot be trusted, and simply banned them from the race at the start. since they didnt do that, they should have just blown them up when they arrived instead. but we're too late for that too now... hmm... perhaps what she wants is for stuff like this to be prevented from happening again? yes! thats it! she wants all CA members banned from all events.

Rules which the CA members in question agreed to by signing up for the Colossus Race.
Agree to something, then breach that agreement. Typical CA behaviour.

I never said that. I know a good many honorable and trustworthy CA members, you are letting the actions of the few cloud your judgement of the many. Never did I once say that Lallante was wrong and should not be punished:
Originally by: Enirale My good Sir Abaccus, I do not deny your accusation of Lallante as a cold-blooded murder. Nay! I in fact fully support it. Although I would hardly call the murder of two pilots a mass murder, I do believe a just punishment would be a severe degredation of clone type followed by execution.

And it is wrong to speak out if one thinks their government has done something wrong? How else would the State hear the voices of its citizens if they do not speak up?

I am not saying that CGC should have had a naval fleet present but even a simple ship scan before moving to the start line would have had a much greater chance of preventing this than nothing at all. I still believe that the fault lies with the CGC especially after they failed to react to the rather pointed questions asked by Lallante.

Aye, I let the actions of some CA determine my judgement of others. Although I believe it is the many which detriment the reputation of the few, and not the other way around. Based only on my encounters of course.
A ship scan could not help. The pilots were allowed to do anything they wanted AFTER THE RACE HAD STARTED. The players were agreed to a race without rules, but one CA member prevented another competitor from participating by firing prematurely.
I've seen many unresolved claims from CA and what I believe to be lies. I do admit, I meet some who are of high standard in my opinion. My overall view of the alliance however, is resultant of general activity.
I do not seek to read an apology, merely a confession that the action was unfair, as the murdered pilot allowed the CA pilot time according to the race rules, yet the CA pilot did not allow the same back, despite agreeing to do so by signing up.
They can say that they will not apologise, that they will not repent. But blaming the actions of an alliance member on a scapegoat is cowerdice.

Aye, all us many Curse Alliance pilots who went through the races, often winning and not doing what Lallante did are certainly a detriment to the few, ergo, Lall.
*grins*
I'll say it again, Lall thinned the idiots from the race, and that's good for Wirykomi because the pilots who're left are the skillful and the lucky. Those who died weren't as good or were plain unlucky thus would be a big detriment in the race. Personally I think they Wirykomi board aren't that bothered with Lall's actions. *chuckles* Such a fiesty lass. The CGC are just all annoyed cause the people who're pressing them for action had their spread bets ruined cause their pilots were dead. *winks*

now why would you be ashamed to be Caldari ... ... ... i'm not ashamed to be a Caldari Curse Alliance member in any such means ... i think it's great that Lallante did what he did by thinning out the less abled from the reace ... and since the (wat'd the guys say - 15?) 15 Scorpions didn't react accordingly their obviously was nothing wrong with his actions ... yes immoral and i would not have done so myself - but not unjustified either.

Hmmm, let me study ancient human history.
What was the name again of that creature that wiggled in all direction to get out of it's responsebilities by trying to twist fact and such?
A yes Politician.
Damn lot of politicians in CA it seems
Those ashamed to be Caldari, avoid Caldari space then from now on and avoid using caldari ships and technology, it only reminds you of what you feel ashamed of. Hop in something more suitable like a nice pink Gallente ship with a yellow marking along the bottom side.
Fact remains that Lallente broke the rules willingly and knowingly and guess what. Same old thing. CA tries to shove the blame of to the organising corporation. Well not all CA, just the "politicians". It only demonstrates what many people say all the time. Írganize something but avoid letting a CA member join in, cause you know they will cheat and break every rule they agreed to on the first place".
If this is the message you want to hold high in your banner then so be it.
I suggest that anything that get's organised from now on automaticly is off limits for any CA member. No worries anymore for both sides.
