Ok, since no one is interested in dishing out the ISK for the amount that I have asked for the character in question, it is being put up for as a LOTTERY  .
Here is a unique opportunity for one very lucky individual to get a very nice character for very little ISK. Here are the specifics.
1. There are 100 tickets available @ 150mil per ticket.
2. the way the winner will be decided will be public forum which all participants can monitor the outcome. Which will be Sunday NFL football, game will be announced Saturday night (17 October).
3. The last digit of the Winning teams score will be the first number and the last digit of the Losing teams score will be the second digit. So if the winning team scored 28 points and the losing team scores 24 points the winning ticket will be #84.
4. In the event that all tickets are not sold, ISK will be refunded to all participants.
5. Lottery will follow all CCP rules for character sales.
 ISK for lottery tickets will go to Grimster II
I will pay for character transfer.
When sending ISK please post here or send eve-mail to Grimster II for your ticket number. I will update ticket numbers on this thread at DT everyday for all participants to see.
Winner will eve-mail Grimster II with account information for character transfer.
Questions:
Q. Why are you not posting with Grimster II?
A. For three reasons, First, Grimster II is one of my characters. Second, I wanted everyone to know that I am a honest seller and those who know me I sell Capital ship and Battlship BPC's in Jita 4-4. Third, if this go well I will help others broker their charaters the same way with a business model already in draft.

No offense, but this seems like a terrible way to draw the winning number. The scores in football are not evenly distributed due to the way points are scored. Essentially, your lottery's dice are loaded in favor of certain numbers.

I believe this way of selling a character is not allowed by CCP. So do not waste your isk on a ticket.

doing lotteries in the character bazaar is not allowed, however if you do like darknesss and hold a lottery in the sell orders forums for the chance to purchase this character for 1 isk then you are fine.

Thank you with all the comments as I knew there will be. The only thing that this thread does not comply with is that the character posting the thread is not the one for sale. I apologize for this, I just wanted everyone buying in to this lottery to know that it is not a scam and leave it open for future endeavors. If CCP deems this inappropriate I will make the change and post with the correct character.
I saw Darknesss's lottery of the 85mil SP character and there was a lot of effort in to making that happen, especially with the amount of tickets involved. I for one wanted to make the odds of possibly winning this lottery a 1 in 100 chance.
No matter how you look at it, whether drawing a single number from a hat or the way I have opted to do it it will be totally random. I just wanted to add the excitement of actually watching a game and seeing the numbers change until the end orather than waiting fo a number to be drawn.
For CCP:
If this is the wrong thread to post a character sale of this type please move it to the appropriate one. If it is deemed inappropriate please delete and I will do it another way.
