Nice update, but needs a couple corrections :
- Vengeance of the Fallen ([VOTF] - CA) has vacated PF-346 for the time being.
- Cloud Ring is not in the hands of the NORAD alliance anymore. The G8AD-C refining outpost is currently held by Nemesis ([-NM-] - independant); the XZH-4X factory is currently held by Steel Vipers ([STV] - independant); and the 9-4RP2 cloning outpost is currently held by Omega Enterprises ([OE] - XETIC).
If indeed NORAD still claims Cloud Ring as theirs, I am wondering if XETIC condones the claiming by one of their member corporations (OE) of another alliance's most precious territorial asset, a player-conquerable station. This would come as a surprise.
On a final note, Steel Vipers and Omega Enterprises seem to be working in concert with renegade corporation Cataclysm Enterprises ([CE] - PA? ex-PA?), who certainly hasn't got many friends in the area. The basis of their collaboration seems to be their mutual germanic origins. It is indeed CE's intervention which forced VOTF to leave the PF-346 area, at least temporarily.
Until STV-OE-CE issues a proper statement, however, this remains pure political speculation.

Ben I would like to request you to take all those fake alliances out of the north as they are squating on territory owned souly by ME! I have claimed the north and they all know it they just haven't realised it yet
