NEW Lottery style sales are not permitted. Auctions and buyouts are the appropriate method for selling a character. So, will my isk be wasted or is this lottery still within CCP rules based on these changes. Thanks

Thanks it should be worded differently it should say " the winner of the ticket reserves the right to buy that toon for 1 isk" and thats the legal way

Let me check thanks. *UPDATE: I have updated the 2nd place prize and I am awaiting a reply from CCP. This prize will be an isk prize to spend on a fleet until I get a reply. And I believe 3 out of the 4 carriers are within 5 jumps of jita. I'll verify this with F9, although if they are not, I can jump them there.
