Relax. You had all of TQ to play on while you waited. Sisi isn't your private playground of awesome; its to test features and provide feedback on upcoming changes to the game.

This. Can't get on Sisi? Go play on TQ. That's the server you're actually allowed to moan about when it doesn't work.

Well you really never missed much other than a heap of titan wrecks right outside the stations which also had hundreds of abandoned drones, fighters around them. This made for some really great lag & I don't know how the actual test went but as per usual there was probably more people stuffing around than testing anything & people that actually really wanted to help test were very possibly left in the queue waiting for hours on end.
I was personally also disappointed there wasn't some way created to get the actual sorts of mods a player would use to fit one of the supercaps with rather than having to rely on using either T2 or stuffing around for hours battling the lag etc to get the officer/deadspace etc mods...
Although the chance to fly a Titan or Super Carrier was great it wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be once I undocked in each of the 4 Titans <yes they were able to be docked in NPC ONLY stations for the event> I guess when you appear in space & there are 50+ Titan wrecks & approx 100 Titans flying around the system they tend to not be so exciting & I forgot a couple of times & thought I was flying a BS.  
Anyway I can't & won't say it was well done because it wasn't. I will however say thanks to CCP for giving me the chance to fly a few ships that I will never fly on TQ if only for the cost of them.

yeah i think they ill be able to get data from the lag as well. Baiscally they would take all the combat logs average out the average dps and a host of other factors and go from there

Yes but TQ doesn't have a pirate/faction ship lying in store for me :(
Those were better than the capital ships and level 5 skills imo...
