Permanent as far as I am aware...
It seems some pilot had taken advantage of our portals messaging facilities to send out mountains of nonsensical mails on a wide variety of subjects ranging from advice on the extension of a certain body part to a new form of Vitoc called Viagra.
As a result the Concord authorities shut down our portal. We are currently investigating the matter to identify the perpetrators who hijacked our facilities in such a way.
Amarrian justice will be brought to bear. A crucifixion awaits this unlucky soul.

Lol, so PIE have graduated from spamming local with quotes from Ammarian scriptures to spamming the whole universe with dodgy offers. If Gaius starts offering Viagra to all and sundry in Pator then we'll know who the main suspect is.
