Not sure if this is an issue or just something that I am missing.
I had CCP reactivate an alt of mine for 1 day so I could apply a PLEX to it.
Got the account up. Bought and applied the PLEX.
Log in today and it says I have no subscription.
In account details, it shows that the PLEX was applied but the message next to it shows as "Failed" and I get this message next to it:
"Payment failed since payment details have been removed from the database. Please update payment details for this payment and retry."
I'm assuming it means I don't have a card on the account or something, but why should that matter if I am using PLEX?
Any help would be great.

any help you would expect is by filling out an petition, not the forum.

There are definitely problems with the account system. I am getting the same error on my other account even though my account shows a plex was applied on the 8th. I can't even log into that account now because it says my password is wrong. I did the change password thing and successfully changed my pass but it still says wrong pass. Yes, I did put in a petition but it's been over a week with no response. I'm hoping the announcement I just saw today about fixing the account system fixes this but it would be nice to have some kind of response to petitions.

Ditto the OP. My main's account is now suspended after applying a PLEX on the 11th.

Anyone received a reply to petition, or had their account reactivated? I'm rapidly losing patience as I can no longer afford to pay RL cash for game time, but if I can't play on an account I can't earn ISK. I bought a PLEX for this account last week also, so now I'm worried that this one will be suspended for the same fail reasons.
CCP, you're losing a customer ffs.

I am having the exact same issue with my main who purchased and applied a PLEX recently and it even shows that 30 days was added to my account but I can not log on to that account anymore because of no subscription. I also have sent in a petition but if nothing is done soon Im no longer will be able to play eve and I have other things I need to take care of with my money so I can not afford to pay and play.
