I put this little guy together when I want to move some ship modules around, but want to do it in a smaller faster ship. This build is a lot more feasable now that there are small versions of rigs. The cap battery is to prevent cap from running out warping across big systems and on long trips.
It holds 1009m3 With one large and one medium can, it holds 1204m3!

A blockade runner fit for agility aligns faster, warps faster, warps cloaked, and carries 4-5 times more cargo. Costs more though.

for uber speedy trading i've found a claw with MSE to be surprisingly solid and it's expandable to 500m3 cargo which is decent for a frig, though most of the time it's nano'd with expanders in the hold.

WOAH! They need to boost the Tormentor!
It only gets to 926m¦ and it's supposed to be the industrial frigate with the cargo space bonus and all. -------- Ideas for: Mining

I found that all the ships with probing bonus have big cargo holds. The Magnate was the only one with 3 lows though. I also think its one of the most beautiful ships in the game.

Wow! I never really looked into blockade runners. After some EFT warrioring, I'm very impressed. I don't know if I want to train for 20 days to get into one, but if at least now I'm aware of how quick they are!

Prorator = Win. Only thing is that I wish it had two highs for a probe launcher. :)

Yes, 5 intertia stabilizers is better than any combination of nanofibers and inertial stabilizers, at least for alignment time.
This setup actually might be able to fend off a poorly set up gank long enough to cloak and/or align and run.
It aligns 1.5 seconds slower to warp than the Magnate build above, but 1.8 AU/sec faster in warp and holds about 3x as much.

Lol, you are right. I forgot how weak targeting is. 24 second lock time with max skills on a cruiser. ow.
take off the neut and the two damps, you will be dead before you can lock anything smaller than a titan

I hate that penalty. Pretty much makes stabilizers worthless.

Having flown the Prorator, Prowler, and Viator I would choose the Prowler because it can beat the other two into warp, has two high slots for a prober if you enter a wormhole, and has the smallest resist hole in case someone manages to lock you and get a shot off.
The last advantage may not mean so much once the new arty hits tranquility
