december 21, 2004. It was one of the only open dates that was equally counted by weeks because they wont delay 2.5 weeks and whatnot.

The codename of shiva will be released on time( icelandic - when its ready time) but not 100% of the documented features imho
As to when shiva will be 100% implemented try 4 weeks after Kalis launch.

One of my corp mates suggested 17th of november may not be a good idea. As HL2 is pencilled in for the 16th. How many people are going to be off playing HL2?
hmmma actually thinking about it, may not be a bad idea, may not go smoothly. less people around to notice the better.
