Disclaimer for CCP:
This lottery is to win the right for me to purchase the character on your behalf via the character sale forum - you will give me the account username, I will purchase the character from the account holder with the isk. As such its within the rules put down by CCP. As with all the lotteries on the forum the actual sending of isk is a matter of trust between the person doing the lottery and the customers of said lotteries. By sending me isk you are not purchasing a character.
This lottery is on behalf of a third party and is a great chance for people to make a massive leap up the skill tree for as little as 10m isk.
This is an 100m SP PvP god of a character, can use every type of t2 weapon and fly every sub capital ship in game aswell as having Gallente Dreadnaught 5 and Gallente Titan 2!!!
There will be 6,500 tickets available.

How will the lottery be drawn?
I have a very unique process of drawing a lottery, you dont need to trust me, as I film the entire drawing in a way that cannot be fabricated, let me explain how!
The lottery will be drawn via Randomizer program. I will announce on my thread the winner is being drawn, I will film myself making this post so you can see it has not been previously fabricated, via camtasia studio. I will then visit the randomizer webpage enter all the correct fields (you will be able to download the video of me doing this) and randomize a number. As soon as the video is uploaded the winner will be announced and arrangements made for collection.
Who are you?
For information on who I am you can visit my thread and see past trades and references from parties involved.
What about the transfer fee?
The transfer fee will ofcourse be paid by the party selling the character. All you need for this character is an empty slot on any account!
What if I dont want the character?
If you dont want the character we will arrange a private sell on character forums. It will be a firesale low starting bid no reserve with reasonable buyout. Either this can be done by us so you avoid the transfer fee or you can receive the character and do the sale yourself.

To buy tickets all you need to do is send multiples of 10m isk to Darknesss(remember the 3 s's) with the reason character2
For one ticket you send 10,000,000
For three tickets you send 30,000,000
For ten tickets you send 100,000,000
REMEMBER THE REASON CODE MUST BE ADDED AND ITS - character2
It can be lower or uppercase.
If the tickets do not sell to a reasonable standard I will ofcourse refund the tickets!

Just to nit pick here, the toon doesn't have large projectile V and so can't use large T2 projectile turrets.
Great toon and I look forward to the result though

There is a few problems. He cant use a Doomsday and cant even train for it yet. But w/e. Anyways, if it was more focused on one race it would be a better character.
Also, the character is not worth 65B. Just an fyi. Probably more around 50.

5b of the isk is my fee for this lottery - which I dont mind stating, considering profit margins for lotteries of this size are usually higher (ie. Titans).
The 3rd party had had an offer of 50b for the character, however wanted to make as much as possible thus put it up for lottery.
The character is not titan ready, however it does have the 5b isk skillbook required to sit in a titan, which is really the important one.

Yup - you might think the character valuation is quite high, 60bill.
However, its the fact that the ENTIRE eve population will get a chance at owning one. Thats why he can command the higher price. If the char is worth it or not, its a desirable char and everyone can chip in to easily make this one affordable.
Nicely done Dark - lets see more of these come forwards in the future.

Questions:
- When is the draw being held?
- What is the cutoff date where you decide if there enough tickets sold or not?
- How many tickets need to be sold to make the lottery proceed?
I don't mind saying, I don't think you've got a hope of selling 6,500 tickets :P I hope I'm wrong...

It'll stay open as long as tickets are selling steadily - if it drops to a ridiculously low ammount per day i'll simply close lottery down and refund. If we sell a vast majority of tickets i'll discuss cut off's with the seller.

I think you are in the "gray area" here, and I would definitely worry as to what CCP might do next due to the ingenuity of its players.
I did actually petition CCP and asked if this was an ok thing to do, they said it was. Until told otherwise i'll continue to do so, that said I dont think there is any difference between a character lottery and an item lottery, same rules, same risks, similar isk value rewards.

also as an update if sales are not large of tickets in the coming couple of days I may close the lottery early rather than stretch it out.

This is simply a case of,
This lotto is for the right to buy the character with the isk raised,i.e the winner of the auction.
The lotto isnt actually for the character directly so no rules are being breached FYI.
PLUS, Dark will be purchasing the character via the character bazaar within the correct rules but the character will be sent to the winner of the lotto instead of his own personal account.
