No, you will receive a volunteer account, made only to volunteer with since all character you create on it are immediatly vounteers. It will not demand an alt on your main character. I Put yes I am Active on the forums, and I am. Even though You could count how many times I've poster on 2 hands I spend looonnnnngggg hours reading the forums. I love it! Cause I'm crazy. lol. It also helps I read slightly over 500 words a min. Little slower on the computer but still close. I now believe I may have been scammed a few months ago by someone claiming to be from ISD who sent me a silly text doccument claiming that I've had warnings. So in light of this new information maybe my account is really clear enough for me to apply to ISD. Stop griping about server instability and go buy an EVE mug! Additionally with the purchase of each mug you will receive two(2) invisible Elves.
